Photo of the intersection of Olive Ave and 3rd St. taken during the 1994 remodeling of the Burbank County Courts building. To the right, down 3rd St., is the construction of a new courthouse parking structure. According to the Los Angeles Times, the courthouse was remodeled at a cost of $7.9 million and included new offices for the district attorney and public defender, a new Superior Court room, a new Municipal Court room, clerk's offices, a jury facility and an expanded prisoner holding cell. The refurbished building was rededicated December 19, 1994. The 3.2-million 500-space parking structure opened May1994.
