: 1990 - Library Staff: Darrin Borders; Slide is marked September 1990. Darrin Borders at NW. Darrin started at the Library as a Library Page in 1984 while working his way through school. He later became a Library Clerk, a Library Assistant and finally a Senior Library Assistant. He took a Library break for a while to be the BCEA Union president, and he has passed on what he learned to many colleagues. He completed Leadership Burbank training in 2005. He retired from the library in December 2021.
