Photo of the 10-story office building at the corner of Glenoaks Blvd. and Palm Ave. According to the Los Angeles Times, the Glenoaks Plaza building, nicknamed "Black Diamond," was completed in 1983 at a cost of $27 million. It was designed by Gin Wong Associates. The California Federal bank building at 360 E. Magnolia Blvd is visible to the right.
