1922 - Luther Burbank Elementary School Burbank (Los Angeles County, Calif.)--Buildings--Schools -- Public--Elementary Schools--Streets--1920s Luther Burbank Elementary School was built in 1916 on the northweast corner of Magolia Blvd. and Third Street across the street from the grammar school. The school was for children in the primary grades. In 1941 it was converted into the Adminstration Building (District Offices). This image came from a collection of images donated by the Delores Palmer Estate. She was a BUSD employee for many years and authored the book "A History of Burbank."
