MYSTERY PHOTO! The only thing written on the back of this photo is "Park Board 50's". It's stamped "City Manager File". That looks like Parks and Recreation director Dewey Kruckeberg reading a piece of paper in the back, but can anyone help us identify any of the other people in this picture or what they're doing there?
