Photo of the California Federal Building on the corner of Glenoaks Blvd. and Magnolia Blvd. likely taken around its opening in August 1978. According to the Los Angeles Times, the six-story, 4,000-sq.ft. space was designed by Marion J. Varner & Associates of Pasadena at a cost of $145,000, with Alfred C. Prescott of Burbank as the affiliate contractor. Mads P. Teigland of Burbank was the general contractor. The building featured an outside walk-up teller window.
