No information was found regarding these photos. It appears that at this time Burbank Bus added a new vehicle to its fleet. Mayor Todd Campbell evaluates the new buses at their dedication. Maybe related, but not confirmed: an April 18, 2007, Los Angeles Times Article: "In response to comments from riders, Burbank Bus officials have added travel time between the two fastest growing of the city's five routes in order to compensate for congestion along the route.
