From City Council Meeting Minutes: Mayor Marsha Ramos invited Police Chief Tim Stehr to comment on the National Gang Task Force Award and to introduce members of the Burbank Police Department who received this award. The awardees were: Detective Scott Meadows; Detective Chris Canales; Sergeant Jose Duran; and Captain Pat Lynch.
