Under the Sister City program, a group of Burbankers went to Ota, Japan to experience the culture and strengthen bonds with Burbank's Sister City. The images were taken in October 1984. Curtis Reynolds (third from left), Mary Lou Howard, (fifth from left), and Shirley Reynolds (second from right), pose with a group of unidentified individuals. This image came from a collection of images donated by Shirley Reynolds. She was on the board of the Sister Cities program for many years.
