1984 - Burbank Delegates at Sister City Ota, Japan

Under the Sister City program, a group of Burbankers went to Ota, Japan to experience the culture and strengthen bonds with Burbank's Sister City. The images were taken in October 1984. Larry Stamper and Ito, Japan officials sign a document regarding the status of the Sister Cities. This image came from a collection of images donated by Shirley Reynolds. She was on the board of the Sister Cities program for many years.
