Under the Sister City program, a group of Burbankers went to Ota, Japan to experience the culture and strengthen bonds with Burbank's Sister City. The woman second from left is Alma Olney and seated is Mary Lou Howard. The other people are unidentified. The images were taken in October 1984. This image came from a collection of images donated by Shirley Reynolds. She was on the board of the Sister Cities program for many years.
