Under the Sister City program, a group of Burbankers went to Ota, Japan to experience the culture and strengthen bonds with Burbank's Sister City. Shirley Reynolds, Merle Woodburn, and Curt Reynolds pose with an unidentified Japanese man in a uniform. The images were taken in May 1988. This image came from a collection of images donated by Shirley Reynolds. She was on the board of the Sister Cities program for many years.
