Mayor Leland Ayers poses with six young delegates from what is likely our Sister City Inchon, Korea as the women are wearing hanboks, traditional Korean dresses. He was mayor for the 1976-1977 and the 1980-1981 term. This image was likely taken during his 1970s term though because the names of the council members on the plaques indicate the board during 1976-1977 term.
