Mr. Hastings invited retired Burbank Police Officer Sergeant Darren Ryburn to assist with the presentations to program recipients: Sean E. Mayor Bellarmine-Jefferson High School; Jonathan M. Ragheb Burbank High School; Seth RH Irving Burbank Police Officers’ Association; Jacqueline A. Barbosa John Burroughs High School; and Ryan C. Donnelly Providence High School
