Description

Dorie Beaumont receives an appreciation award at a Volunteers Luncheon. Mayor Dave Golonski stands on her right, Vice-Mayor Emily Gabel-Luddy stands behind, and City Councilman Dr. David Gordon on her back right. The image is dated 2013 and was taken in the auditorium at Buena Vista Branch Library. Mary "Dorie" Beaumont (died July 28, 2021) left these images to her next of kin, who in turn donated them to the library. Dorie served on the Library Board of Trustees for many decades, was a former BUSD school teacher, and an active member of the Burbank Community.
