From notes on photo: “Boulder Dam June 23, 1945.” From accompanying letter written by F.A. Latham (Los Angeles Department of Water & Power Div. Sup’t of Generation) to J.H. McCambridge (Burbank Public Service Department General Manager): “Dear Mr. McCambridge: Under separate cover are the photographs you requested of the Burbank Officials during their recent trip to Boulder. It takes a little time to get Governmental agencies to make these prints up for us. The negatives are Government property and cannot be borrowed. There is no charge for these pictures, and I hope you and your group can return again for another visit in our locality. Sincerely yours, F.A. Latham Sept. 14, 1945"
