City Manager Justin Hess wins the Mary Alice O'Connor Vision Award the Family Service Agency (FSA) of Burbank.The Vision Award is given each year to individuals who have done extraordinary work in the Burbank community. The award honors the memory of Mary Alice O’Connor, a dedicated volunteer and founding board member of the FSA.
