From City Council Meeting Minutes: It was moved by Council Member Jess Talamantes, seconded by Council Member Nick Schultz, and unanimously carried 5-0, to appoint Vice-Mayor Bob Frutos to serve as Mayor. It was moved by Council Member Konstantine Anthony, seconded by Council Member Nick Schultz, and unanimously carried 5-0, to appoint Council Member Jess Talamantes as Vice-Mayor.
