From City Council Meeting Minutes: Mayor Jef Vander Borght presented a posthumous Certificate of Recognition to Fred Baltau in appreciation of his efforts as a mentor and coach to children, and his positive impact on the community. The certificate was received by Mr. Baltau’s widow, Patricia.
