2007 - International Sister Cities Conference
2007
From Burbank Leader: "Mayor Marsha Ramos just returned from the International Sister Cities Conference in the now bustling metropolis of Korea’s second biggest city, Incheon. Touring war memorials and sampling new food resulted in a promise to strengthen business ties, foster economic development and continue the student exchange program outlined in the Sister Cities Accord, which Ramos and six other international representatives signed, she said. The trip to Korea offered Ramos the opportunity to meet many of the officials who have been instrumental in fostering harmonious relations between the two cities, including Incheon Mayor Sang-Soo Ahn, Ramos said."
