- Dorie Beaumont receives an appreciation award at a Volunteers Luncheon. City manager Mark Scott stands to her right and Sharon Cohen, former library director, is on her left. Photo is undated, but is likely between 2013-2015 when Mark Scott held that position. Mary "Dorie" Beaumont (died July 28, 2021) left these images to her next of kin, who in turn donated them to the library. Dorie served on the Library Board of Trustees for many decades, was a former BUSD school teacher, and an active member of the Burbank Community.
